The month of May was filled with countless fun, unforgettable emotions and valuable lessons for our kids.

As every year, we did not miss the Easter egg hunt, which is traditional for German-speaking countries. Despite the Easter Bunny’s skills in hiding the treats well, our searchers proved to be more persistent and found all the treasures.

It wasn’t long before the children became true time travellers. Together with our team, they visited the village of Chavdar, which took them back thousands of years in human history. In the folklore center of the village they learned a lot about different Bulgarian traditions and customs. And then the kids had the opportunity to perform like real professionals in the bakery “Provance”. There they followed the path of bread from the wheat grain we sow to the moment when warm and crusty it ends up on the table. To finish, each child kneaded and filled their loaf with cheese – true experts!

This was followed by the dance school pupils performing, during which dance teacher Emmy and her dancers set a lovely mood and performed some great dance combinations.

We proudly celebrated the Day of the Holy Brothers Cyril and Methodius, of the Bulgarian alphabet, education and culture and of Slavic Literature. And so the month comes to an end, and with it, our little graduates from IV prepraration group. We are looking forward to Children’s Day and the new month!
