Erasmus+

Since 2025, Germani Private Kindergarten has been a partner in the European Erasmus+ programme, which enables us to welcome students from universities and specialized teacher-training institutions in German-speaking countries, who complete their practical training at our kindergarten.

This partnership provides a valuable opportunity for professional exchange, the sharing of good pedagogical practices, and mutual enrichment. It allows us to present our approach to early childhood education while drawing inspiration from new ideas, methods, and perspectives on working with children.

Our children also benefit greatly from their participation in the program. Daily interaction with people from German-speaking countries creates a natural and stimulating language environment in which children gradually overcome language barriers and gain the confidence and courage to communicate in German. Encounters with people from different backgrounds and cultures also foster their social skills, curiosity, and openness to the world.

We believe that international cooperation, the sharing of knowledge, and the building of new friendships help us create a richer educational environment that supports children’s development and prepares them to become confident, communicative, and open-minded individuals who embrace the diversity of the world around them.
